I have worked as Customer service agent in BPO industry for 11 years in Australian accounts in 4 companies and then I change my career as Virtual assistance or freelancer.
I handled US clients for ?a year with different companies and tasks. I used to work as a Cold Caller Real Estate Agent, an Executive assistant, an SMS Specialist and was promoted to Manager.First ?as a Cold Caller agent I made outbound calls to the prospective customers to ask if they were interested in buying or selling their properties. Then, ?I was an Executive to a direct client who's a realtor in real estate and set an appointment to our potential customers and did admin tasks such as editing data entry to his personal accounts, sending sms and email for the scheduled events.
Then in my recent work ?I've been a Manager and SMS Specialist and I'm the one who negotiates with the potential customer via SMS and calls for the price offered for their empty land and sends SMS follow-ups and contracts to them via email. I believe that I can manage all as I have a lot of experience and can do any tasks for what the clients need. Thank you
