Most of my job experiences are related to customer service. My first job was a Front Office Associate in 2017, after 2 years promoted as Front Office Supervisor, and became a Reservation Manager in the same company. It was a beautiful 3-years of experienced and to worked in one of the World's Beautiful places — Boracay Island. Unfortunately, pandemic came I d----------- to work at home and I applied as an ESL teacher for Chinese students both kids & adults. After a year, I d----------- to work in a BPO company to expand my knowledge in customer service.
