I do have experience as a customer service representative handling review on claims, checking benefits/eligibility/status of prior auth request under universal provider side (more on with insurance company) with that knowledge and skills I got from my previous experience I was able to handle the role with my second company wherein my role as patient access is to help member's/ patient experience by resolving their concerns in most empathetic way. With all the experience that I had I still want to grow my knowledge with different line of business and to empower the skills that I have, I was able to performed my role as ar billing and collection wherein my role is to help provider and patient bill a clean claim in a timely manner.
