I am a former Customer Service Representative and Technical Support Representative. In my one-year experience in BPO industry I learned to handle customers and solve their complaints as soon as possible. I know how do basic troubleshooting, and I can work multiple task. In my experience as customer service representative we answer calls and at the same time we're working with our task that was assigned to us by our client, just like the documents we need to send and attached to our customers. I believe with my experiences I am a best candidate to be part of any team because I can adapt easily whatever task that will be given to me.
