I am a passionate creative professional from the Philippines with a strong background in customer service, training, and content creation. Although I wasn’t able to finish my degree in Art, my love for creativity has always been the driving force behind my work.
Over the years, I’ve expanded into digital marketing and social media management, enrolling into a Social Media Management course and becoming proficient in tools like Canva, CapCut, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X and Youtube to create visually appealing, engaging content.
Professional Experience:
• I have over a year of experience as a Customer Service Representative, supporting US and Australian clients in the telecommunications and life insurance industries. I handled customer inquiries, resolved issues, and managed back-office tasks – all of which sharpened my communication and problem-solving skills.
• I later advanced to a Soft Skills Trainer role for Australian accounts, where I:
- Conducted onboarding and communication training for new hires
- Delivered refresher courses for tenured agents
- Ensured consistent, client-focused service delivery
- Worked closely with recruitment to maintain hiring standards
Virtual Assistant / Social Media Manager Experience:
Most recently, I gained hands-on experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Service Support, and Social Media Manager for a US-based client, supporting two of her businesses—a spa and an Airbnb listing.
I assisted with customer inquiries, managed social media content, handled scheduling, and provided administrative support.
This role lasted just over three months, as it was a full-time position. While I enjoyed the experience and learned a lot, I chose not to continue because I am seeking part-time or project-based roles that better align with my current availability.
Entrepreneurial Journey:
In addition to my professional roles, I co-founded The Pixel Palette, a startup offering digital products. This allowed me to merge my creative and business skills, managing content, marketing strategies, and online presence.
