IT Solutions Architect
Responsibilities:
Technical Support: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Provide technical assistance to clients and train users on software and hardware.
IT Administration: Manage and maintain computer systems and networks. Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
CyberSecurity: Assess security risks, implement security technologies, and respond to cyber threats. Conduct regular security audits and develop security policies and procedures.

Requirements:
Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
Certifications: Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft, Cisco, and certifications in AI frameworks.
Skills: Strong problem-solving and communication skills, knowledge of IT systems and networks, understanding of security protocols and tools, expertise in AI and machine learning frameworks, and leadership abilities.
