I've spent the last few years working as an intermediate middleware and low-code support specialist in an MSP environment, managing integrations across Salesforce, NetSuite, and Coupa using Boomi iPaaS. Day to day, that meant keeping integration processes running, handling user access and governance, troubleshooting failed jobs, and managing deployments across dev, test, and production environments. I was the go-to person when something broke and more importantly, I built systems to make sure things didn't.
One of the things I'm most proud of is automating our license connector tracking monitoring consumption and generating daily and monthly reports that flagged connectors not being reused. It saved the team a significant amount of manual work and gave us visibility we didn't have before.
On the HubSpot side, I'm currently transitioning into full CRM administration building workflows and automations, setting up reports and dashboards, and connecting HubSpot to external lead generation and cold outreach tools to create a clean, end-to-end pipeline.
I've also done a full tech stack audit across the business cutting unnecessary costs from tools like Google Workspace, Smartlead, Dripify, and Cloudflare. I negotiated directly with a HubSpot Account Manager to downgrade our plan and remove features we weren't using, which reduced the annual subscription cost. I also took on a full contact database cleanup as a self-initiated project because the data was a mess and it needed to be fixed. Along the way I built out landing pages and improved pipeline visibility for the business owners.
