My professional background encompasses both customer service and computer-related roles, providing me with a diverse skill set. I have honed my problem-solving abilities and developed technical proficiency through experience in these areas. While I possess customer service experience, I recognize that verbal communication is not my strongest suit. I excel at written communication and other aspects of customer service, such as problem resolution and efficient task completion. Outside of work, I enjoy music and am currently learning to play the guitar, finding it a rewarding creative outlet. I also have a passion for reading, which allows me to explore new ideas and perspectives.
