In my professional journey, I have worked as an English Online Tutor, helping Japanese students overcome language and cultural barriers, which honed my communication and cross-cultural interaction skills. Additionally, my role as an Account Executive required me to lead teams, foster collaboration, and drive results, especially in a sales-driven environment. I managed to work as hearing manager too, which I was the one processing all the needed requirements for my client's disability benefit application. Basically, I was the one following up on the medical records needed by the attorney to assess the client's current case status. These experiences have allowed me to cultivate a versatile skill set and adapt to various professional challenges.
