I take pride in simplifying complex concepts and making them easy to understand. In my role as a Virtual Assistant Trainer, I’ve taught VAs how to effectively use various applications and AI tools with not only on technical proficiency but also on applying these tools to meet client needs efficiently. This passion for developing talent eventually led me to become an Operations Manager for VAs, where I gained hands-on experience in overseeing workflows, improving productivity, and ensuring high-quality output and also been been actively involved in recruitment, managing the entire hiring process from sourcing and interviewing to selecting the best-fit candidates.
