Hello, I'm Jocellyn Santiago and my most recent position was with Concentrix, it was a BPO company, I'm a Customer Service Associate. In this role, I managed inbound and outbound calls to assist patients and doctors with medical concerns. After six months, I was promoted to Senior Advisor role, where I handled escalation calls and provided last-resort resolutions for callers' concerns. After a year, I was promoted again to a Trainer position, and the account that we managed is a US-based healthcare provider, specifically HealthFirst. Over the past 4 years of working in a BPO I learned I to be dependable, a fast learner, resourceful, and can work with minimal to no supervision.
