? Collaborate with HR clients and connect with developers to implement HRIS and recruitment system changes and business needs. I manage security access requests and update the list of values in the information systems on a daily basis.
? Manage documents and libraries in the SharePoint site and do maintenance as required.
? Manage yearly and daily audits for the internal recruitment tool.
? Management of employee notification tool.
? Logging tickets in JIRA to raise issues with Support services
- Provide expert advice and guidance on the use of systems/tools;
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure systems are used to their fullest extent;
- Troubleshoot issues, reporting problems to the CIO’s Office, and work together to resolve issues;
- Conduct regression tests;
- Conduct data integrity checks and work with HR Business Partners and Global HR Shared Services to resolve data issues;
- Maintain set-up (aka reference) tables;
- Maintain security access to HR systems;
- Support data conversions;
- Design, Develop, & Implement Tools/Systems;
- Provide Business Intelligence Support.
