In my current role as Project Administrator at Access Offshoring assigned to Alliance SI, I prepare and process customer invoices for major clients such as Equinix, Amazon, and Microsoft, ensuring accuracy and timely billing. I also review timesheets, manage supplier invoices, and develop Smartsheet dashboards and reports to improve billing tracking and efficiency.
Previously, at Huawei Technologies Philippines, I managed billing plans, initiated billing triggers, resolved discrepancies, and ensured accurate and timely invoicing in line with contract terms and project milestones.
