I have a good qualification in Medical and Insurance Providers in the US which are perfect for this role as I have a complete understanding about how insurance works, filling a claim and processing appeals if needed to,benefit breakdowns EOBs RA request, and well familiar in RCM. I also experienced working on teams,( As Supervisor Apprentice) delivering accuracy and excellent results in completing time sensitive task or projects. I am a high achiever, In my previous role I was praised during performance review for my strong work ethic, flexibility with my role and I was able formulate a centralized process to reduce aged claims and made sure claims were processed and paid accurately.
