I am Ma. ----------- ----------- M. -----------, I am a 22-year-old graduate of Cebu Technological University – Main Campus, where I completed my course: Bachelor of Science in Technology Management in 2025. Currently based in Pagutlan, Yati, Liloan, Cebu (6002). Growing up, I learned the value of hard work early. At the age of 16, I worked as a household helper, cleaning homes to help make ends meet. During the height of the pandemic, I also ventured into online selling to support my family and sustain my education. These experiences instilled in me a strong sense of responsibility, resilience, and resourcefulness.
While pursuing my college degree, I balanced my studies with full-time employment that honed my skills in time management, communication, work ethic, problem solving and adaptability in a fast paced environment. I have acquired 1 year and 6 months of experience as a Customer Representative and Back Office Support at Qualfon, handling a U.S.-based client. Following that, I worked for 11 months as an HR Back Office Onboarding Specialist at The 360 Companies, supporting U.S. managers and clients in a hybrid setup. I eventually transitioned to a different company to complete my required On-the-Job Training. Now that I have graduated, I am eager to begin working full-time and contribute my skills and dedication to the growth and success of your organization.
