I am a dedicated public servant and policy professional with experience in legislative affairs, governance, and social innovation. I served as a Senior Legislative Officer at the Manila City Council, and played a key role in policy development, research, and stakeholder engagement.
I am also the Director for External Affairs at GoodGovPH, where I advocate for youth participation, good governance, and policy reforms--which I provided technical expertise on project management and training. My work extends to international initiatives, including engagements with the U.S. ASEAN Science, Technology, and Innovation Cooperation (STIC) Program and the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR).
Previously, I worked as an Innovation Analyst at the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), focusing on economic policies and digital transformation strategies.
Academically, I hold a degree in AB Political Science from Universidad De Manila and is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor and a Master’s in Public Administration at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila.
