• Knowledge in network infrastructures and remote desktop applications
• In-depth knowledge of operating system installations and printer setup.
• Well versed in installing windows software, applications, antivirus and patches.
• Repair and maintenance of the computer equipment and programs
• Knowledgeable in Printer installation and troubleshooting.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems associated with operating system malfunctions.
• Knowledgeable in network topology and set-up LAN wired / wireless setup
• Back-up and restore Image using different Imaging software.
• Display a robust grasp of network protocols and technologies.
