Project Coordination & Management – Oversee site activities, monitor progress, and ensure project alignment with plans.
Technical Reporting & Documentation – Prepare progress reports, work inspection reports (WIR), RFIs, and billing documentation.
Engineering Drawings & Plans – Interpret structural and mechanical drawings, create key plans, and utilize SketchUp for 3D rendering.
Quality Control & Inspection – Coordinate with QA/QC teams, handle material inspections, and ensure compliance with project standards.
Communication & Leadership – Collaborate with contractors, supervisors, and engineers, and present project updates in meetings.
