I have experience in using tools like DAT Load Board and Macropoint and Tms system to maintain full visibility of shipments from pickup to delivery. I focus on minimizing delays, resolving issues quickly, and keeping all parties informed at every stage. I am also familiar with handling and reviewing transportation documents such as Bills of Lading (BOL), Rate Confirmations (RC), and Proof of Delivery (POD).I use different Carrier Board for freight qouting of LTL shipments such as ESTES,TFORCE,ARCBEST and FEDEX VOLUME.I also use Freight Class Calculator and Classit.

I understand Tonu/ Enu,Detention/layover, and solving operational issues under pressure.
