2016 to 2019 - I served as a loan officer, managing a portfolio of approximately 200 clients, which typically involved advising and consulting with around 40 clients daily regarding their loan applications. My responsibilities included assessing, evaluating, approving, and rejecting loans, as well as processing, preparing, and disbursing loans for future dates. Following the disbursement of loans, I assisted clients by addressing their inquiries and fulfilling their requests. I ensured the confidentiality of loan information to maintain customer trust and contributed to the bank's objectives by achieving related outcomes as required.
*2019 - I transitioned to the role of an ESL teacher, where I instructed Chinese students of various ages, from children to adults, utilizing platforms such as Skype, Zoom, and ClassIn for our lessons.
*2021 - I applied for a position as a Customer Service Representative at Concentrix, where I worked for approximately one and a half years before being promoted to a technical support role for nearly a year.
*2023 - I made the decision to join Accenture as a Trust and Safety New Associate, and I was subsequently promoted to Trust and Safety Associate in December 2024.
