I started off my career five(5) years ago as a Backoffice Retail Associate was assigned to do shipments, tracking products status and placing orders. Then shifted as an Escalation Case Manager was able to manage customer relations, handle escalated calls and provide proper guidance to representatives to avoid escalations in the future. And the recent one was a Healthcare Virtual Assistant. My daily duties are working on patient orders, checking emails and scans as well as responding on both doctors and patient order inquiries.
