I worked as HR Coordinator and Supervisor. One of my job is to compile 201 files and to ensure employee benefits and compensations. Employee recruitment is also one of my key jobs, ensuring proper manning for the company. My main task is to monitor employee’s daily time record ensuring payroll on time and right payroll according to their time in and out. One of the task of being a supervisory was to ensure the health of my employee inside the working area and their performance at work.
