I have thirteen years of work experience in the customer service and banking industry. I began in a staff position and rose to the rank of Assistant Manager with the position of Branch Operations Officer (BOO). As a BOO, I oversee the overall daily operations of the branch where I was assigned. This includes serving as chief custodian for cash, accountable forms, and other items held for safekeeping. I ensured that the bank's operations follow set internal controls and government regulations. I also supervised front-line staff as well as third-party service providers. Moreover, I delivered excellent customer service by answering customer queries and facilitating the resolution of customer issues and concerns.
