I am a highly motivated and versatile professional with over 7 years of experience in technical support, system configuration, and training leadership across diverse roles. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from EARIST Manila, graduating in 2017. My career began as a Service Engineer at E Copy Corporation from 2017 to 2019, where I spent two years installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting copiers, printers, and scanning devices. During this time, I provided on-site technical support, managed repairs and maintenance schedules, and built strong client relationships, ensuring optimal system performance and minimal downtime.
In 2019, I transitioned to Eclaro Business Solutions as a Configuration Analyst, where I specialized in configuring and supporting healthcare IT systems, including Electronic Health Records (EHR) and practice management software. Over 1.5 years, from 2019 to June 2021, I worked closely with healthcare teams to ensure smooth system integration, compliance with regulatory standards, and optimal functionality, ultimately enhancing workflows and operational efficiency for our clients.
In June 2021, I joined Puzzlebox 3D as a Technical Support Specialist, where I provided expert troubleshooting and customer support for 3D printer products. Due to my contributions and technical expertise, I was promoted to Senior Technical Support Engineer in June 2022, where I led a team in addressing complex technical issues, optimizing troubleshooting processes, and significantly reducing service downtime. By December 2023, I was promoted to Technical Support Supervisor, managing the technical support team and improving service response times and team productivity.
Currently, I serve as the Head of Training and Development at Puzzlebox 3D, a position I’ve held since December 2024. In this role, I lead the design and implementation of comprehensive training programs for both internal teams and customers, empowering them to leverage 3D printing technology effectively. I focus on improving efficiency and productivity across the board by ensuring teams have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
