Technical Support Engineer
• Provide onsite and offsite support to customers or technicians over the phone, e-mails and chat support regarding solar panels and battery system issues
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity, solar inverter errors and monitoring system issues via remote troubleshooting using Atlassian Jira and PuTTy
• Identify and escalate necessary issues with respective team
• Process work orders for site visit and material replacements
• Monitoring of customers’ cases and provide appropriate resolution
Pre-Installation and Project Engineer
• Conduct site coordination at site for Pre-installation projects inside Metro Manila and Out of Town Projects at Bicol and Palawan Projects
• Provide proper documentation of project and necessary site requirements for various installation projects
• On-site coordination for delivery and unloading of elevator and escalator equipment.
• Safety support and implementation at the jobsite
• Managing scheduling of installation and contractual requirements of multiple projects
• Labor and material cost management
• Ensure completion of project on time and on budget as per milestone requirements
• Serviceman for repairs and maintenance from June to September 2020
• Utilized SketchUp to create work methodology for elevators and escalators
