I have almost 4 years experience in a travel agency where I send emails and make phone calls to our customers and suppliers. I also attended travel expo's to enhance my skills in face to face communication and sales experience. I recently quit my job in a BPO company that I used to work for 3 years and 2 months. With my experience of 7 years as a Travel Consultant, I learned how to use multiple GDS such as Amadeus, Sabre and Farelogix.
I learned how to think outside the box and offer the customers the things they're not aware they need in travelling. As someone who can learn quickly and improve the process, I strive to be a vital component of every team I join.
I oversaw handling customer needs, questions, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. By providing excellent service to clients, I was able to spread enthusiasm and positive feedback not only to my team but for the company as well. I provided to be an efficient, reliable and multitasker. My skills became apparent after I trained and prepared new hired staffs in our team department. Not only did our tea-----------et our set goals, but we also created a strong bond that makes us more effective and efficient employees. I thoroughly enjoy getting to know customers and figuring out how best to serve their needs.
