I worked as Technical Support in Conduent PH for 2 years from year-----------, I successfully assisted users and customers in their technical issues with their devices such as phones, laptop, desktop, tablets, watches, and etc.
After that I moved to TATA Consultancy Services as an IT Service Desk/System Administrator for 2 years from-----------. In this experience I honed my skills in communications, leadership, teamwork and solving problems of users on their technical issues such as VPN, accounts modification, office 365 apps, software and hardware.
For 2 years in Conduent, I assist customers in their technical issues like in their phones, tablets, computers and etc. I will give them troubleshooting steps that will work in resolving their issues. I worked with them through chats, they contacted us and we received their concern and assisted them through using our tool. This is a little different to my previous work which is in TATA Consultancy, though I still assist users with their technical issues. The different is that I assist employees of the client and not the customer so it is more like a B2B service. In this work, I have administrative role since we also assist them with their accounts. They sometimes request a password reset, unlocking or enabling their account. I also do remoting to their computers as we do it using some tools like splashtop and SCCM. I handles VPN also and network issues but usually account related since they still have account associated to their VPN. I also do uninstalling and reinstalling software that is needed on their computer. So technically the recent experience that I have are align to the project you have and I hope that I share it to the company.
