Prior Authorization Specialist
- Creating prior authorization through inbound, outbound, and fax requested by the provider for the patient’s medication. Communicating with the provider and pharmacy. Reviewing and processing medical records. Assisting the provider for filing an appeal.
Customer Service:
- Helps the provider with their questions, concerns, and complaints about the member’s benefit, eligibility, and claims. Assisting the provider by filing an appeal, reimbursement for member’s claims.
Chat Support:
- Responding to inquiries from clients, offering solutions, and providing personalized assistance. Kind of customer service that enables text-based messaging between us and our clients
