Hi, My name is Remarissa Odivilas, A graduate of Bachelors degree in Entrepreneurship, I have a 3 years work experience at two different companies, in my recent job experience I was promoted as a PAL or Peer Assistive Learner, where in the main role of this position is to support, be their guide and share our knowledge to the trainees for them to be fully equipped when its their time to take in calls.
I do have an experience for Sales Support, Technical Support and Setting up Appointments
For Sales: we are trained on how to effectively pitch, what are the different techniques in building trust and how to deliver effective rebuttal statements to customers that is interested but somewhat hesitant
For Technical Assistance: we handle cable, internet and landline issues, our role is to assist the customers on the phone and teach them what are the basic troubleshooting process they must do to help them resolve the issue.
For Appointment Set up: If ever the issue is still not resolve within the call even after doing all the necessary troubleshooting steps this is now the time where we set up a technicians appointment for them to be assisted in person and to physically check all the connections that maybe causing the issue.
