I have 2 years of experience in the academe field as an Educator whilst 13 years of rich experience in the financial and banking industry. The job roles I had in the financial sector includes Customer Service, Disputes/ Chargeback Management, Debt Collection on Retail and Unsecured Lending Products. I specialize in handling Debt Collection cases since I find it rewarding whenever I successfully collected payments from customers as well as helping them resolve their financial issues.
