Assist with real estate transactions, documentation, and data entry to ensure smooth operations. Coordinate appointments, deadlines, and follow-ups with clients, agents, lenders, and closing attorneys. Handle social media management and marketing support as needed. Manage CRM systems and maintain up-to-date client information. Prepare contracts, agreements, and other legal documents required for real estate transactions. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
