- 4 years of work experience in the customer service industry. (Via inbound and outbound calls including emails) particularly in a Loyalty Airline Program and Retail (Marketplace and Wine) Account.
- Effectively assist/support customers with their needs and wants (query/requests and follow ups) including acknowledging and handling mutiple customer complaints and sentiments
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback
