Hi, I’m Bjorn, a freelance healthcare advocate based in the Philippines with intermediate-level expertise in related services. My passion for learning began at the age of 8, inspired by reading books and engaging with knowledgeable individuals. Over the last three decades, I’ve explored a wide range of topics through books, online articles, seminars, and classes. This journey has allowed me to integrate my learning into helping others, fostering effective and impactful conversations.
My curiosity led to a successful transition from an IT and technology background to the healthcare and insurance sectors. One of my proudest achievements is my role as a long-time coach for a training team that develops new hires. I thrive on engaging with people in a professional manner, which alleviates my separation anxiety. Witnessing the growth of my trainees—from customer service representatives to team leaders, data analysts, trainers, and even operations managers—fills me with immense satisfaction. I believe that uplifting others through best practices and building their confidence is a true measure of success.

Outside of work, I am a part-time tattoo artist, offering home service and customized designs. In my spare time, I enjoy reading online articles and savoring my collection of books and comics. On weekends, you can find me having hearty conversations with friends over coffee or at a barbecue joint.
