I worked as an Assistant Bookkeeper for almost a year and currently work as a Property Assistant, supporting both financial and daily operations for clients. My role has been to keep records accurate and organized while also helping manage listings and client communication.
As an Assistant Bookkeeper, I handled data entry, recorded transactions, and maintained financial records using QuickBooks Online and Desktop. I also assisted with accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, and basic bank reconciliation. In my current role as a Property Assistant, I manage Airbnb listings, create content using property photos, respond to guest inquiries, and handle concerns to ensure smooth communication and a positive booking experience.
Through these experiences, I’ve been able to maintain clean and reliable records while supporting daily operations and improving client communication. I’ve developed strong attention to detail, organization, and consistency in my work. I’m comfortable working independently, following processes, and managing multiple tasks, and I’m currently learning Xero to continue improving and better support clients.
