With nearly two years of experience as a customer service specialist in medical billing, I am confident in my ability to contribute immediately. My duties included assisting patients with filing claims, adding insurance, reviewing and explaining EOBs, and more. Although this is my first in-house role in medical billing, I was selected as the Point of Contact for our team, handling supervisor calls, liaising with insurance companies, and addressing issues with patients and attorneys.
