I have been working in the events industry since 2019 and currently serve as the Project Head of our company’s training division. In this role, I am responsible for organizing training sessions and seminars. My duties involve a lot of coordination with resource speakers, suppliers, and staff, as well as handling customer concerns and processing orders on our Shopify website.
In 2021, I applied to Athena, a VA agency, where I underwent training and was matched with two C-level executives. My primary responsibilities included email and calendar management, internet research, Shopify work, creating presentations, and various administrative tasks.
