I've worked in both admin and sales support roles for a few years now. Most recently, I was a Global Support Specialist at a cybersecurity company where I helped manage client communications, organize compliance documents, and assist with onboarding. Before that, I worked as a Client Support Specialist and Appointment Setter for a roofing company. I handled a lot of scheduling, CRM updates, and calls, basically making sure everything ran smoothly between the sales team and the clients. I’m comfortable using tools like HubSpot, Slack, Notion, Acculynx and more. Overall, I really enjoy supporting teams and keeping things organized behind the scenes!
