Being part of a customer service specialist for almost 8 years has been a passion of mine. Whether it be through calls, real time chats, or email. I've gained the knowledge and skills to say that I am professional at this role. Being promoted to a team support supervisor that manages a team of customer service reps gave me the opportunity to showcase my skills, to the point that I was commended as being top support supervisor for a year of 2018 at my previous telco account I worked at and prior from the promotion I was also top customer service agent for the year 2017. Taking chances and new opportunities outside my comfort zone.
