My corporate career began as a Computer Technician before I was promoted to Network Administrator and later became the sole Computer Programmer for a manufacturing company. I developed and maintained company-wide systems for inventory management, payroll, bookkeeping, and production, replacing manual workflows and supporting the organization's daily operations.
Today, I also manage my own custom printing and souvenir business, where I handle customer communication, graphic design, quotations, order management, production coordination, and business operations. I create designs using Canva and Adobe Photoshop while leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to streamline workflows, generate content, and improve productivity.

In addition to my administrative and operations experience, I have completed training in Amazon Online Arbitrage. I have hands-on experience conducting product research using SellerAmp SAS and Keepa to identify profitable products, analyze pricing history, evaluate sales rank, estimate ROI, and make informed sourcing decisions. This experience has strengthened my analytical skills and prepared me to support e-commerce businesses with product research and marketplace operations.
