I have been a Human Resource personnel for almost 7 years now.
Due to my experience, it helped me gain knowledge in relation to Employee Relations wherein I was able to support the company in implementing rules and regulations, held counseling and facilitate due process to employees. Additionally, I was able to get necessary information regarding employee exit interview. Through the years, I was re-assigned to another HR function - Recruitment.
I handled the end to end hiring process of staff, assist in operator mass hiring (blue collar job). I was also exposed to different responsibilities as an HR Recruitment.
