- Provide updated reports needed on daily basis to keep track of running performance for LOBs(line of businesses).
- Create ad-hoc reports for specific KPIs and metrics needed for production floor enhancements and awareness of each operation manager.
- Report any error or findings with metrics to appropriate managers to avoid any failed intervals within the day or encounter issues with scoring/bonuses/incentives to be given for the month.
