My name is ----------- -----------. I’ve graduated with a bachelor's degree in business management from STI College Caloocan. Throughout my education, I developed a passion for accounting and realized how important it is to the business world.
I've worked in accounts payable with different companies for more than 8 years, handling and paying bills, keeping track of expenses, and making sure vendors are paid on time.
I also have experience with accounts receivable, specifically with creating and sending out invoices, recording and monitoring client or customer payments, and following up on outstanding balances.
Throughout my accounting career, I have gained skills using accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero & Odoo to record and monitor transactions, as well as managing payable and receivable aging reports. Aside from accounting software, I'm also skilled in Microsoft Excel, specifically pivot and formulas. I also pay attention to detail, ensuring that all payments are accurate and invoices match purchase orders.
In my previous employment, I was responsible for the purchase-to-pay process, such as requisitioning, procurement, disbursement, and transferring of funds.
Furthermore, I streamlined our payment scheduling, which helped improve cash flow management.
I worked onsite for more than 10 years since I graduated from college, but now that I have a two-year-old son who needs more care, that’s why I'm searching for a work-from-home job that will allow me to keep my focus at work while saving valuable time and spending more time with my baby.
I'm excited for this position because I'm confident that my skills and experience will contribute to future clients' smooth financial operations.
