I have worked full time as a Customer Service Representative for over 2 years and have been appointed as a Subject Matter Expert for months of working for a financial account. I have been upskilled to handle 3 regions within the account. I'm also skillful with video editing and photo editing which I do and develop outside of my work and when doing personal projects.
