Hi, I’m -----------. I’ve been with Peak Outsourcing for nearly 7 years, primarily supporting a live chat campaign for U.S. and U.K. law firms. I began as a chat operator, assisting visitors and collecting key client information. I later transitioned into a chat analyst role, where I focused on creating case summaries, performing data entry in a web-based CRM, and categorizing leads by area of practice.
For the past 5 years, I’ve worked as a Quality Analyst, handling chat evaluations, data tracking, and performance reporting using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI. I’m now looking to transition into a more hands-on role, such as intake or virtual assistant work, where I can leverage my experience, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
