Instead of simply correcting the entry, I traced every transaction back to the original documents until I identified the source of the difference. This prevented incorrect postings from affecting our financial reports and ensured the records remained accurate before closing.
I've quickly learned banking systems, government financial systems, and QuickBooks with minimal supervision, and I adapt easily to new tools.
