Right now, I work as a Customer Support Associate at Accenture (Virgin Media O2), where I specialize in Android troubleshooting and complaint resolution. I enjoy figuring out solutions that make a real difference for customers. Before this, I was part of the Formula 1 support team, handling global chat and email inquiries with a 90%+ performance rating.
I’m also experienced with customer service platforms like Salesforce, Talkative, Omnigage, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams & Outlook, Citrix and I have a growing interest in technology-driven solutions. While I have basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and PHP, my real strength lies in understanding customer needs, solving problems efficiently, and optimizing workflows.
Beyond work, I love photography and anything creative. My capstone project, which focused on automating HR and payroll processes using geolocation tracking, gave me insights into how technology can improve business operations.
