Software developer with over eight years at a manufacturing company, built, maintained, and supported the core plant ERP system, serving as the primary developer and technical contact for daily operations. Most of my work has been -----------, C#, SQL Server, DevExpress, and Crystal Reports, but the actual job has been closer to “In-House Developed ERP”: analyzing departmental needs, architecting database structures, designing and building applications, managing deployments, conducting user training, and delivering post-implementation support. Took end-to-end ownership of business systems, performing functions spanning database development and administration, data analytics, records management, and user support to ensure operational continuity. I led the rollout of these systems to 4 production plants across the country, migrated our on-prem ERP database to AWS (RDS for SQL Server), and have kept the IT documentation in shape for ISO 9001:2015 audit.
