I used to be a working student during my college days, I worked at Cole Asia Business Center in Ayala-Makati, Philippines as Admin Assistant, I process applications regarding Bankruptcy, counseling customers through online and issuing certificate after. My second job was in Convergys One as Customer Associate, also located in Makati City, Philippines. I do provide customer service through call, review their card application and giving the approval or decline decision.
My last job was in Golden Arches Development also known as McDonald's Philippines as Manager for almost 6 years. I handle the shift smoothly, computing sales, making sure that we provide excellent customer service, reporting to the higher position if there is any problems in the store, making sure to hit the target sales every shift, I also handle hiring of crews, provides training and do crew payroll as well.
