As a Customer Service Representative my responsibilities are providing assistance, information, and support to customers regarding products or services. This also includes answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. I also handle incoming calls, emails, or chat inquiries, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and may also process orders or provide product recommendations. We do this using strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to navigate customer service platforms to serve as the frontline of support for the organization.
