Most of my experiences in terms of employment has been more focused on the customer service, and also teaching. I have used many tools with the field of customer service, and also have done some trouble-shooting with regards to technical issues on the network and phone.
With regards to writing, I include the part of encoding and administrative works that would better enable me add up some skills so I can enlarge my capabilities of finding more employment opportunities.
